Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• —Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or circumvent usage limits or security controls;
• —Upload malicious code or content you don’t have the right to use;
• —Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the diagrams, prompts, schemas, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant Skeema a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

4. AI-generated output

Skeema uses AI to generate diagrams, code, simulations, and estimates. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for design and planning purposes. Simulation and cost figures are directional estimates, not guarantees. Review all generated code and architecture before relying on it in production.

5. Subscriptions & billing

• —Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor.
• —Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the paid period.
• —Pro includes a 14-day money-back guarantee from first purchase. Fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
• —We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Skeema and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per your plan. Code and assets generated by Skeema from Your Content are yours to use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skeema will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination you may export Your Content for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
